The Verandah Harrassment Policy:

ADMIN will then treat each instance on a case-by-case basis. Requesting additional information from both parties and seeking the least intrusive adjudicatory measure possible. Such measures could include (but are not limited to): requesting an explantion for the behavior, requesting an apology, requesting a cessation of future dyadic messaging between both persons, termination of membership, and/or blocking of IP access. These same rules will apply equally to guests, except for the termination of membership.

Unacceptable Activities:

• Use of The Verandah for any illegal purposes.
  
• Use of The Verandah for unauthorized access to systems, software or data.
  
• Distribution of unsolicited marketing, advertising or personnel recruiting materials.
  
• Activites that are disruptive or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use The Verandah (including the "impostering" of current Verandah members).
  
• Alteration of The Verandah software in any way other than those expressly approved by the Administration.

We will not tolerate those who set about to exploit others while using our software or by using possible weaknesses in our software. Violation of any of the above rules may result in the loss of Membership status without a refund of Membership dues.

As part of an effort to keep persons who register at the Verandah or any of its independent chat rooms informed of site-related developments (Eg. URL changes, on-line parties, RT get-togethers, etc.), WebHarmony or Minopher LTD. will occasionally disseminate broadcast e-mails to registered e-mail addresses. Message ADMIN@minopher.net.au if you do not wish to receive site-related updates.
